Own AI model included. Quellwerk runs on its own, self-hosted AI model – there are no ongoing token costs. We are happy to advise you individually on suitable server hosting.

Service Price Billing
Pilot project, 30 days 2.900 € one-off; fully credited if you sign on afterwards
Additional 50 users 250 € per month
Additional knowledge area 90 € per month – for Starter/Business beyond the plan limit
Standard integration 1.500 € one-off; e.g. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace
Custom integration / MCP 1.200 € per consulting/development day; also bookable for Business
On-premises package 6.900 € one-off; operated on the customer's own systems
On-premises maintenance 350 € per month
Premium support 390 € per month; response time within 4 business hours
Workshop or training 1.490 € per day, remote or on-site plus travel costs

Contract Terms

Term
Minimum term of 12 months, renewed for a further 12 months thereafter. Notice period: 3 months before the end of the term.
Billing
Licence fees are billed annually in advance by default. Alternatively: quarterly billing (+3% surcharge) or – for Starter only – monthly billing (+5% surcharge). Onboarding and project services are billed once commissioned.
Operations
The offer assumes suitable infrastructure on the customer's side. We calculate EU hosting and the required computing power on request.
Data Protection & Portability
Processing in accordance with the GDPR. At the end of the contract, the customer receives a full export of all knowledge content in common formats (e.g. CSV, JSON).
Price date
Valid from 17 Sept 2026. All prices in euros, net, plus statutory VAT. Quotes remain valid for 30 days.
